Fabulous hotel, premium room, attractive design, great restaurant, delicious breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a great area with easy access to nearby attractions. The service I received from the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the bell staff/porter. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel also offered car hire and shuttle services, making it convenient for me to explore the city. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a great way to unwind and the library provided a cozy spot to relax.

I would recommend this hotel to all.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I got great value for my money at this beautiful new hotel. The room had high design and a cool interior. The location was perfect, close to the Panton on Reforma. The staff was amazing and the cappuccino was one of the best I've tried. The shower was a nice surprise with an interesting shower head.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is more options.

During our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the design and cleanliness of the hotel. My stay at Hotel Carlota was fantastic! The location was perfectly central, the staff were helpful, the food at the bar and restaurant was incredible, and the modern industrial design was impressive. The beds were comfortable, the bath products were premium, and the amenities like the heated pool and bicycles provided were a nice touch. The hotel had stunning architecture and beautiful interiors. Its location, right next to a lovely promenade, was key, with important sites and parks within walking distance. The heated pool was fantastic, allowing for a dip even in colder weather. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. Plus point: The food was great!

The concrete design of the hotel made it extremely noisy, especially in the early morning. The Wi-Fi was spotty, and you had to move to the lobby area to get a consistent signal.

I had a fantastic stay at a stylish and affordable hotel in a central location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. The hotel had great facilities, including a patio, bar, and a small pool. The staff, particularly Gabriella and Alejandro, were incredibly kind and talented, always ready to help make my stay enjoyable. The hotel's restaurant was excellent, serving generous and varied breakfasts. Despite a few drawbacks like spotty wifi and a lack of reading lamps near the bed, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful staff and great location. my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

I stayed at this hotel for $100 per night and had a great experience. The staff were amazing and the poolside cocktails were delicious. Surprisingly, the coffee was also really good. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from Roma Nte and a bit further to Condesa. The hotel had a beautiful modern design, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Some rooms even had rooftop terraces. The patio area with the bar and small pool was really nice too.

In terms of the worst aspects, there was nothing to complain about at all.
