I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Chacala. The room was spotless and the floor tile was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The balcony offered a stunning view, which I enjoyed every morning. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return!

Our room at Casa Chacala was lovely and comfortable, with a balcony and ocean view. The AC and fan were perfect for our March visit. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The secure parking and reliable wifi were great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool, although small, was just right for our friends who don't know how to swim. We also appreciated the availability of drinking water and the community kitchen. Valentin was welcoming upon check-in, and we enjoyed the company of the friendly kitty. The grounds were beautiful with lovely flowers, and waking up to the sounds of Chacalacas in the trees was a bonus. The table and chairs on the balcony were perfect for morning coffee and reading.

Hotel Casa Chacala is located just a short walk down the hill to the beautiful beach. It is also conveniently close to everything in the town. Guests have mentioned the spacious and comfortable rooms with balconies offering an ocean view. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure to meet the guests' needs. Lupita and her husband provided great recommendations for local restaurants, like The Dolfina, where guests could choose fresh fish for a delightful meal.

The hotel could improve on the availability and accessibility of Wi-Fi connections for guests.

This hotel is perfectly situated close to the beautiful beach - just a short walk down the hill. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms on the 3rd floor were comfortable and well-equipped, with attention to detail. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served each morning.
