The hotel was conveniently situated for sightseeing, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and excellent housekeeping service. the breakfast provided a good range of hot and cold food, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The hot water in the shower was not working properly, and we had to change rooms to fix the problem. the hotel's phone system was down for several days, requiring us to go down to the reception desk for assistance.
