The staff was friendly and the purified water dispenser was convenient. a great experience being surrounded by local guests and families from Mexico.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a short distance from the city center. Additionally, the hotel had a secure facility with constant monitoring of anyone entering.

On the negative side, the room itself was quite basic and we didn't get much sleep during our stay. We were bothered by bugs and the air conditioning system was very loud and did not have a remote to set the temperature.

The receptionist, Suli, gave helpful tips on tours and local events. Great location near everything in Oaxaca. No restaurant, but plenty of good dining options nearby. Would book again.
