Del Portal's location is unbeatable, right next to the main cathedral and plaza. Easy access to restaurants and activities. the hotel provides daily room cleaning and complimentary bottled water, a nice touch for guests.

Mildew and musty room.

The hotel's prime spot next to the main cathedral and plaza was incredibly convenient. It made it a breeze to explore the vibrant surroundings, finding restaurants and activities easily. the room had shutters that helped block out noise, providing a quiet space for relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing. the daily room cleaning service and complimentary bottled water were nice touches that added extra comfort to the stay.

On the downside, the lack of windows in the room was disappointing, with only faux windows facing the reception area. the bathroom was a letdown with hygiene issues like hairs in the sink.

Great value for the money, cozy room, prime location near main plaza, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at Hotel Del Portal.
