The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Prashant who went above and beyond to assist me. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with breathtaking views from the high floors of the Burj Khalifa. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff brought me a birthday cake during my stay. The pool was also amazing, perfect for a quick swim after a hot day exploring the city.

If there was availability, they even upgraded our room to one with a spectacular view of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame from the balcony. the hotel itself was clean and quiet on the 13th floor. the breakfast offered a tasty variety of options and the room was modern, with an automatic ventilation system controlled by a controller. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, with the bus station nearby and the metro station just a 5-minute walk away. This allowed for quick access to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Marina. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to the Jumeirah Beach and a 24-hour shop was next to the hotel. The hotel was connected to the metro station, making transport easy. The room was clean with a good bathroom. The housekeeping service was excellent, and they were very helpful. The breakfast was good, but it could have had more variety.

There were occasional disturbances at night due to the nightclub or fire alarms going off.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had good facilities, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near the Al Fahidi metro station, a supermarket, and various fast food restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great, right in the city centre and close to everything. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The staff were really helpful and friendly, offering car hire, dry cleaning, and room service. I loved the pool area and the happy hour deals at the bar/ lounge area. The spa and wellness centre were also excellent, offering a range of treatments and a steam room to relax in.

I recommend this place to everyone. While some staff members could be more friendly to guests, they tried to be of more help than management.

During Easter holidays, I enjoyed a great stay at a hotel with amazing complementary amenities offered. the location was perfect, close to city attractions and restaurants. the staff provided great service and were very welcoming. To top it off, the hotel had fast and reliable Wi-Fi.

I was not satisfied with the air conditioning in my room, which took some time to adjust to my desired temperature. the view from my room wasn't the best, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was close to the airport and within easy reach of downtown, Dubai Mall, and Sheikh Zayed Road. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. I also loved the fact that there were various restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy nearby. it was an amazing hotel with great amenities, including an Indian restaurant and six bars and nightclubs.
