We absolutely loved Hotel El Moro! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful with taxis and planning excursions. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the ocean. The nightlife right outside the door was a great mix of quiet romantic dinners and lively singing along with bands. The room was pleasant and colorful, and the outdoor areas were well kept and relaxing. a little gem in the heart of everything.

Charming boutique hotel near the beach and restaurants. Clean rooms with Mexican decor and kitchenette. Nice courtyard with pool and seating. Friendly staff, helped with snorkelling trip. Limited prepaid breakfast, but more options on regular menu. Central location, can be noisy at night.

The hotel is located in the heart of the town, just half a block away from the town square, which is great for exploring around. We stayed in a room with a comfortable bed and a 3-piece bathroom. The room also had a kitchenette, which was convenient for preparing small meals. The breakfast was included in the price and was a great start to our day.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. the room had a comfortable bed and the AC worked well to keep the room cool.

The noise from neighboring restaurants was unbearable, with loud music playing until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the stay was not as peaceful and relaxing as I had hoped.

Couldn't fault.

Enjoyed my Christmas stay in a cozy hotel near the town square and the beach. the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and Wi-Fi. the complementary breakfast and large beach towels were a plus. the hotel was surrounded by excellent restaurants and was in a convenient location for exploring the area.

The pool was small and lacked sun exposure. the lack of a larger lockbox in the room was a downside.

Fantastic value for the cost, exceptional staff, responsive and proactive. Close to amenities and activities. Large room, lovely pool, diverse breakfast, excellent coffee.

We truly experienced the local culture of Puerto Morelos. the authentic charm of the hotel, with lush greenery and vibrant colored stone walls, was enchanting. the staff went above and beyond, especially Alejandro, the owner, who even taught us how to make guacamole. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and kitchen/lounge area. the pool was a hit with my kids. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious. the location was convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. It was an amazing value for the cost.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at El Moro. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The pool was a nice bonus, and the location was convenient. Although the breakfast options were limited, we found other great places to eat nearby. I would recommend this hotel for its value and friendly atmosphere.
