Nothing not to love.

The best aspects of my xmas stay at this hotel were the beautiful view and the general location. the hotel was situated in a key location in the downtown area, with easy accessibility to food, stores, and restaurants just footsteps away. Additionally, there was a great coffee shop downstairs, which was convenient for grabbing a quick breakfast or a caffeine boost.

The worst aspects of my xmas stay at this hotel were the small restroom and the issues with the AC unit. the restroom was very cramped, and even as a relatively thin person, I had trouble using the facilities as the toilet was so close to the shower and sink.

Convenient location for attending events at nearby church. Breakfast available on-site. Responsive staff who provided extra rooms when needed.

The morning staff was helpful. room originally reserved good size for family of 5. Location great, in middle of plaza. Staff amazing. Downside: noise from outside. Elevator out of service, but accommodations made. would continue to stay whenever possible.

The water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the bed sheets were clean and comfortable. the hotel's location in the downtown center was perfect, with everything within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.

When we arrived, our reservation was not as we had booked. the evening staff was unprofessional, and the broken air conditioner in one of our rooms was not promptly addressed.

The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and shops, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating during my business trip. the rooftop restaurant had a great view and the pillows were very comfortable.
