The best aspects of my xmas stay at this hotel were the beautiful view and the general location. The hotel was situated in a key location in the downtown area, with easy accessibility to food, stores, and restaurants just footsteps away. Additionally, there was a great coffee shop downstairs, which was convenient for grabbing a quick breakfast or a caffeine boost.

The worst aspects of my xmas stay at this hotel were the small restroom and the issues with the AC unit. The restroom was very cramped, and even as a relatively thin person, I had trouble using the facilities as the toilet was so close to the shower and sink.

The morning staff was helpful. room originally reserved good size for family of 5. Location great, in middle of plaza. Staff amazing. Downside: noise from outside. Elevator out of service, but accommodations made. would continue to stay whenever possible.

When we arrived, our reservation was not as we had booked. The evening staff was unprofessional, and the broken air conditioner in one of our rooms was not promptly addressed.
