I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The hotel is located right next to the famous Portaventura park, with its own entrance within the park itself. This made it extremely convenient to indulge in all the thrills and excitement the park has to offer.

Staff were excellent, polite & friendly from start to finish. Quick check-in with helpful receptionist. Text notification when room was ready. Great restaurants, especially Grand Opera. Good value for money, with park access, meals, & room upgrade. Max passes included & upgraded to unlimited. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Delicious & diverse breakfast. Great location, short walk from the park. Access to the park right next to the hotel. Amazing decor, location, & design. A great place for family memories.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, which were spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive during meal times, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Despite the busy check-in process, we didn't wait longer than an hour. The theme park and its rides were absolutely amazing. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel.

The proximity to the amusement park and the breakfast were the best aspects of our Christmas stay. the design of the hotel also added to the overall experience. the Wild West-themed architecture added an enjoyable atmosphere.

The staff was not very welcoming and accommodating. the shuttle service to nearby areas was also very limited, which made it difficult to explore other parts of the region.
