Perfect location in the heart of the city, surrounded by vibrant atmosphere and close to all the main attractions. The hotel had a beautiful modern decor that gave it a boutique feel. The wifi was strong and reliable, even on the higher floors.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, which could be uncomfortable during the hot summer months. Some of the staff members seemed uninformed and not very accommodating.

We loved staying at Hotel Frida. the location was perfect and we didn't hear any street noise from our highest floor room facing inside. the staff went above and beyond, carrying our luggage up and down since there was no elevator. They were also incredibly helpful in communicating with taxi drivers. the hotel itself was clean and the room was a decent size with an amazing shower. the bed was comfortable and the overall atmosphere was relatively quiet. the internet was the fastest and most reliable we've had in Mexico, and the hot water and pressure in the shower was almost immediate. the hotel was also very secure and just a two-minute walk from the Zocalo. And let's not forget the unbeatable price!
