I had a disappointing experience when I stayed due to severe noise from outside the hotel. The music was blaring, and it was difficult to sleep or even enjoy the stay in my Deluxe Room. Adding to that, the bathroom lighting was quite dull and made it challenging for me to get ready, which is crucial when you're traveling. This combination of issues really detracted from my overall experience.

The top-floor restaurant was amazing! ! Clean facilities made for a pleasant stay, and the bed offered supreme comfort for a great night's sleep.

Promised amenities were misleading. the staff initially denied the existence of our hot tub suite despite it being advertised, which left us feeling deceived.

The Deluxe Queen Room was super comfy, with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with all the essentials. Loved the spa with back and foot massages. The rooftop terrace was amazing too. Don't miss Tony, the server at the restaurant! He is super helpful!

The rooftop terrace offered stunning views, making it a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Dining experience was exceptional, especially with the grilled dishes – every bite was flavorful. upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled despite arriving well within the supposed check-in time. The initial communication was misleading regarding the room availability, which left a sour note on what could have been a great stay.

the location is super convenient, close to downtown and a police station. the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything! clean rooms and good parking too

I stayed in the Deluxe Room for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the big TV. The hot shower was a nice touch too! But it was tricky to get the room temperature right. it either felt too hot or too cold. The hotel has a great vibe, and the staff at the front desk were pretty helpful. But just a heads up, I was promised a bath tub suite and that wasn't what I got. Kind of a bummer!

I loved the amenities, especially the spa treatments! But I was disappointed when they canceled my reservation without notice. Definitely a mixed experience.
