Review of Hotel Hacienda La Venta:

Felt like VIPs, no complaints at all.

The value for money at this beautiful old hacienda was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attend to our needs. The location was perfect, with a department store just across the street.

The breakfast offerings could have been better, perhaps with more variety or options to accommodate different dietary needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Sunday breakfast buffet was amazing, with a great variety of options to choose from. The restaurant in general had very good food. The rooms were nice, clean, and had comfortable beds. The staff was exceptional, especially the cleaning ladies and concierge/porter, who were very helpful. The hotel had excellent security and a large parking area that could accommodate many cars. The hotel facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were a great addition. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions in the area.

Beautifully renovated historic property with Mexican patios and lush greenery. Cleaning staff and concierge are exceptional and helpful. Large parking area, gym, and swimming pool. Attentive restaurant and bar staff, delicious dinner options. Sunday breakfast buffet is amazing.

I really got my money's worth at this beautiful hacienda. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff treated us incredibly well. The location was also very convenient with a department store right across the street.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was amazing! Loved the beautiful old style hacienda with its charming patios and green areas. the restaurant offered delicious food and we enjoyed a tasty dinner. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with a department store just across the street and the city center a short walk away. And to top it off, the hotel had a gym and swimming pool for added convenience!

The check-in staff could have been friendlier, and unfortunately, some guests were quite loud and disturbed our sleep in the middle of the night. However, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, with well-maintained landscaping and a view of an old bullfighting arena. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower and all necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The hotel lacks an elevator, which may be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues.

The cleaning ladies, concierge/porter, and security all do a great job. The parking area is spacious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel provides excellent service and is accommodating to guests' requests.

the value for money was excellent, with prices comparable to some 3-star accommodations but offering much nicer amenities. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to the highway and nearby shopping areas. Lastly, I was impressed with the attention to detail in the recently refurbished rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast included.

No improvements needed! Everything was simply perfect.
