We got great value for our money at Hotel Maria Maria. The room was spacious with a super comfy bed and a large balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lake and the main square. The staff treated us so nicely, making us feel at home.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, especially with more variety in options.

We loved the comfortable bed and the genuine wooden windows in our clean, simply decorated room. The hotel's location near the lake allowed us to easily explore by foot. The owner and the team were incredibly friendly, even preparing vegan breakfasts for us every morning. The hotel's coffee shop had delicious coffee, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and room. the hotel provided a great experience.

We also enjoyed the amazing breezes from the balcony. Maria Maria provided great value for money and we can't wait to come back.

We stayed at Maria Maria for a week and had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, and we loved the charming wooden windows. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the water where we could rent a boat. And if you're lucky, you might even spot the neighbor's monkey and the adorable cat Pepe!

I had an amazing stay at Maria Maria in Bacalar. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They even allowed me to check in early so I could start exploring Bacalar right away. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the addition of a large balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the public beach and the city center. I also appreciated the water refilling station and the tasty breakfast included in the price. I had a fantastic experience at Maria Maria and would highly recommend it.

The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel had a great location near the center of town with lots of great little restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect in this city, close to famous lagunas and the Bacalar lagoon.

our honeymoon trip to bacalar was made even more memorable thanks to the amazing stay at maria maria. from the comfortable room to the helpful staff and convenient location, everything exceeded our expectations. special shoutout to the waiter who went above and beyond to assist us with the boat tour. definitely one of the best places we've stayed in mexico.

The location of the hotel was super convenient, just a short 20 minute walk from ADO. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast included in the price was lovely. The room was spacious with good air conditioning and everything was kept very clean. Although the door to the patio was not soundproof, bringing ear plugs helped me sleep like a baby. Remember, a smile and a gracias go a long way with the staff who may not speak perfect English. a mind-blowing experience!
