Stunning Art, Luxury Rooms, and Impeccable Service

I was blown away by the stunning art collection at Matilda. From Picasso to Marín, every corner of the hotel felt like a gallery. The luxury rooms were creatively designed, with unique architectural touches like hidden windows. The service was top-notch, with a concierge who went above and beyond. The icing on the cake was the delicious food at Enrique Olvera's restaurant. I had an unforgettable experience at Matilda and would highly recommend it.

The room was modern, comfortable, and clean. The restaurant, Moxi, offered great food. The staff, especially Gustavo, were professional and helpful, going above and beyond to retrieve a lost item. The design of everything was top-notch, and there was a complimentary mini breakfast. The spa provided fantastic massages, making for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

The restaurant at the hotel, Moxi, is conveniently located adjacent to the hotel's back patio and pool area, making it easily accessible for guests. It offers a modern decor with dark color accents and fine linens, creating a stylish and luxurious atmosphere. The attentive wait staff and friendly ambiance create a pleasant dining experience. The menu is available in both Spanish and English, catering to a diverse range of guests.

One negative aspect that some guests have mentioned is the potential for noise disturbances, particularly from the adjacent hotel bar. In certain rooms, such as A4 located on the second floor, noise from the bar can be disruptive to those seeking a peaceful night's sleep.

Nice complementary drinks upon arrival, good location for walking to restaurants and attractions. The room had a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was spacious.

The front desk staff was not very helpful and acted like they didn't want to be bothered. The restaurant was overpriced for the quality of the food and the service was slow.

Stunning architecture, impeccable taste in interior design, unbeatable location, clean rooms, comfy bed, great toiletries.

We recently stayed at a luxury hotel in Mexico and were impressed with the exclusive amenities provided. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre were all top-notch. The massage and body scrub we received at the Spa & wellness centre were incredibly relaxing. Our room was well-appointed with private facilities and a sun terrace with sun loungers.

We did experience some minor noise disturbance during our stay. We found the steam room to be a little noisy, which was a minor issue.
