The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of hot options and personalized service. The hotel's location is perfect, just steps from the beach and surrounded by a wide range of dining options. The staff created a joyful and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay, making it a truly special experience.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our Christmas vacation memorable. the hotel had a great location, close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the breakfast provided, which had a good variety of options and was delicious.

One downside was that the water in our room was sometimes cold in the mornings. Additionally, some of our friends who stayed at the hotel had a smaller room that didn't work well for them, especially since their air conditioning didn't work properly.

Hotel Mercurio exceeded our expectations for a budget-friendly option. The heated pool, comfortable rooms with air conditioning, and excellent breakfast were all highlights. The location was perfect, with restaurants, stores, and the beach just a short walk away. We also loved the vibrant atmosphere and the pool party on Sundays with delicious food and performances. it was the best choice for our stay.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast options were delicious. the staff was amazing, especially Alex, who was kind and helpful. the key location was perfect, with close proximity to restaurants, stores, and the beach.

The facilities were on the older side and could use some updating. Some of the staff members were bordering on rude and unpleasant.

The food at the hotel is above average, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and bars to choose from. The location is ideal, with everything within walking distance or a short and inexpensive Uber ride away.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly staff, awesome breakfast, and fun atmosphere with a great bartender. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of the beach, bars, and restaurants in the Old Town. The room had everything we needed, including a spacious bed, AC, room safe, fridge, and good wifi. We were also impressed with the free laundry service. Gabriel, the manager, was handsome and added to the overall positive experience.

The ambiance was wonderful, with a private feel in the heart of a vibrant area. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and the staff was extremely helpful. The facilities were great and although the room was a bit dated, it was exactly as pictured and expected. The other guests made me feel comfortable and Jorge the bartender was lovely. The value and location were fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing.

The hotel's attention to detail is impeccable. From the freshly repainted courtyard to the resurfaced pool, it's clear that maintenance is a priority. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. They're always available to provide recommendations or help with anything you might need, like calling for reservations or arranging taxis. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including coffee and juice.

The only minor issue I encountered was a wet floor in the room upon check-in. However, this was quickly resolved as the staff willingly moved me to another room without hesitation.
