I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was superb, within a 20-minute walk of everything in the city. It was close to all the attractions, yet far enough away to avoid the noise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to provide the best service. They helped me with my bags, recommended delicious restaurants, and made me feel welcome. The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast selection was great, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch. I was very impressed with the quality of this hotel.

I recently stayed at a fabulous hotel in Florence for a week-long vacation. The location of this hotel was perfect, just a 7-10 minute walk into the heart of the city. It was away from the hustle and bustle, close to the train station, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and stocked regularly, with even champagne available for those who wanted to indulge. In the afternoons, they provided refreshing ice tea, cakes, and coffee, which was a pleasant treat after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel was spotless and the bathroom was gorgeous. I couldn't fault a thing!
