We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Holiday Inn. They quickly resolved the issue and gave us a room for the rate we had booked online. The rooms were comfortable and we especially appreciated the doors that opened between the rooms, allowing us to easily connect with our family. The desk staff also provided excellent assistance with transportation to and from the metro, making it easy for us to explore DC. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.
