The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive, both inside and outside. The hotel facilities are top-notch, especially the three pools on the property. The location by the ocean adds to the allure of this all-inclusive resort experience. The staff, including Luis, Antonio, Raquel, Mel, Cesar. The breakfast at the Terrace restaurant was excellent, and the staff there always greeted me with a smile and provided exceptional service.

Amazing views, luxurious rooms, and efficient staff made our stay at Hotel Mousai unforgettable. The Ultra Mousai Suite was well-appointed with modern decor and a large bathroom. The huge balcony with a jacuzzi provided a perfect view, despite the GB Tower in front. We enjoyed stunning sunset pictures from our balcony. The rooftop pool had a great ambiance with live music, and the food at the rooftop pool was tasty and well-presented. The staff was incredibly efficient and personable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The butler, Carlos, went above and beyond by arranging a daybed with rose petals and a towel swan at the GB beach. The spa had a gorgeous setting, and my massage with Myriam was fantastic. The Steak House was a highlight, with sublime service, food, and views. The breakfasts at the Terrace were also great. we had a fabulous time at Hotel Mousai and would highly recommend it.

Although construction noise didn't bother us as we were out most of the day, it might be a concern for some guests. Additionally, there were some reports of little black mites or flea-like insects around the property, which could be annoying.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Mousai! The Superior room offered breathtaking ocean views. The 5 restaurants for dinner and 3 for breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. The best spot to enjoy breakfast was definitely the terrace. The rooftop pool and bar were outstanding, with stunning views and great service. Our favorite was the Sushi restaurant, the food was excellent!
