Breakfast fruit salad was fabulous. staff was accommodating.

the staff were absoluteley lovely but unfortunately, the rooms were dirty and I’m confident the bed sheets hadn’t even been changed. additionally, I expected a complimentary welcome gift but received nothing—just left wondering if my business is valued.

It was just a fine choice for a brief hiatus in Puebla with great value for the money. The nice staff spoke English, which made things easier during our stay. For a better experience, try to secure a room away from the street for less noise at night.

Location was spot on, just a block from the Zocalo. But the room was too small and beds were hard, not great for a good night's kip.

i almost thought i’d enjoy my stay, but the dirty rooms with unchangd sheets and hair everywhere ruined it. the breakfast options were just two toasts with fruit—impressive, right? oh, and i expected a welcome gift for my trouble, but nothing! I can’t believ they’d treat me like this. definitely not the royal treatment I anticipated.

Location was fire, fresh fruit salad for breakfast made my day. Still, the walls were thin, could hear the night crowd. Oh, and the hot water was hit or miss, kinda annoying.

The breakfast was a highlight, especially the fabulous fruit salad and the nice touch of liquid milk for my tea, which I really appreciated. I relaxed on the terrace with a lovely view and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the room was a bit on the smaller side, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊

It was just a great fit for a short staycation in Puebla with good value. The fresh fruit salad for breakfast was a delightful surprise. Check out the nearby antique shops. they're worth a visit!

I stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the comfortable bed and fabulous fruit salad for breakfast, but the walls were quite thin, leading to some noise at night. I'd choose this again!
