My highlight of staying at Biwako Hanakaido was the amazing Kaiseki meal. The slow and gracious table service by the Japanese-speaking Taiwanese waitress made the dining experience unforgettable. The extensive Japanese sit-down set menu for breakfast was also a treat. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional dining experience.
