The hotel's prime location in the center of Chihuahua made it extremely convenient for exploring the city's attractions. We were delighted to find ourselves right across from the gorgeous Cathedral, which added a touch of charm to our stay. Additionally, being situated on a pedestrian walkway meant no traffic noise and easy access to various restaurants and a fantastic ice cream store. The rooms, though not as spacious as advertised, were still adequate for the price and offered everything we needed. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast served on the beautiful terrace was a great way to start our days.

While the hotel had plenty of positives, we did notice that it lacked a distinctive personality, which some guests may seek for a more unique experience.

A great place to start your trip to the Copper Canyon. the hotel is located close to the historical cathedral and walking distance to other attractions. the included breakfast was tasty and the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the room was ready for us upon our early arrival, which was a fantastic advantage for our Christmas vacation.

The service on the second shift was not the friendliest, which was a downside. However, that's only a minor issue considering the overall positive aspects of this hotel.

Conveniently located near tourist attractions, markets, and restaurants. Friendly and knowledgeable staff provided excellent dining recommendations. Enjoyed breakfast on a lovely terrace with views. Charming church bells added to the ambiance of the stay.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel's location in the historic part of the city, near the train station, was perfect for my early morning Chepe train ride. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a beautiful boutique hotel in Northern Mexico and it truly exceeded our expectations. This place has everything you could ask for in terms of luxury and comfort. The location is unbeatable, right across the street from the stunning cathedral and situated in the heart of the city. We loved being able to explore the pedestrian walkway and admire the grand buildings surrounding us.
