I stayed at Hotel Plaza for a few days while exploring the island. The location was perfect, right off the main plaza with plenty of entertainment and dining options nearby. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very accommodating, taking special requests for separate dishes. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, with its great views and comfortable chairs. a great value for the convenient location.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the hotel's location in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the ferry arrival. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The hotel's location is phenomenal and allows for easy exploration of the area. There are great eats nearby at Gordo Burrito, and the diving options with Blue Magic are excellent. The staff at the hotel are friendly and provide great service. They were helpful with taxis and recommendations during our stay. The rooms are clean and simple, exactly what I was looking for at the price we paid. The basic amenities provided were satisfactory, and there was even a pretty good view of the ocean from our room.

The breakfast options could be improved, as it consisted mainly of coffee/tea, fruits, bread with butter and jam, and sweet bread variations. However, there were options for eggs, omelettes, pancakes, and typical Mexican breakfasts.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, just a block away from the ferry that goes to Playa del Carmen and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures, with basic amenities and comfortable beds. The breakfast on the rooftop is a nice touch, with new options daily and fresh fruit included.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with a view of the ferry terminal and passing cruise ships from my window. The rooftop area was amazing, with a lovely swimming pool and ocean view. The hotel staff was very helpful, allowing me to store my belongings after check-out while I explored the downtown area. The breakfast provided was fresh and delicious. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood, with the hotel being centrally located and close to the town center park and nearby restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Plaza in Cozumel. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the location was perfect, close to the main square and ferry port. the breakfast options were excellent, with a variety of choices including fruits, bread, eggs, and Mexican breakfast dishes. the highlight for me was the rooftop pool and lounge area, which provided a great place to relax. I can't wait to come back in January!
