The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a bus/tram station just a short walk away. It was right in the centre of the city, making it easy to explore and visit various attractions. The room we stayed in was comfortable and well designed, and the staff were highly accommodating and helpful.

The hotel lacked a restaurant serving evening meals, although there were excellent dining options nearby.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location near the main station and walking distance to the old town. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The helpful staff, especially Katia, provided great recommendations for dining and exploring the area. The soundproof windows and views of the polybahn were also a nice touch. Plus, who can resist a chocolate fountain in the lobby?

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated close to many popular attractions in the city. This made it convenient for us to explore and visit the places we wanted to see. the price of the hotel was very competitive for the location and amenities provided. We felt like we got a good deal for what we paid.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the pillows in the room were too soft for our liking, and when we asked for firmer ones, the front desk gave us some attitude.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its perfect location in the centre of Zurich, just a short walk away from the old town area and at the noisy bar street. The staff provided great service and attention to detail, ensuring basic amenities like air conditioning in the room with a bathroom of the size of an airplane toilet. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the little cabin train going up to Zurich University, even with the window closed. The breakfast, included in the price, was also great with a nice view of the antique funicular railway.

Enjoyed a very comfortable stay during my New Year's trip. Got spoilt with complimentary drinks and snacks in the room on arrival, and later on, a breakfast buffet for New Year's morning. The hotel's location was excellent- walking distance to great restaurants and lots of shopping options. Staff went above and beyond for our stay, which made for a memorable experience that will not soon be forgotten.

The heating system did not seem sufficient with the cold temperatures that were present during my stay. Even though the windows could be opened for cooler air, it was too loud from the street below to keep them open for long periods of time.

The staff is helpful and friendly, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet has a nice variety of foods to choose from.

I recently stayed at Swiss Chocolate By Fassbind in Zurich for a short trip with my family. The staff was extremely friendly and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is located in a lively area with many restaurants and pubs nearby. We also enjoyed walking along the river in the evenings. it was a great value for money and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated that they had an early check-in option. Even though the toilet seat was wobbly and the wall light didn't work one night, it didn't detract from the overall experience. I would recommend staying at Fassbind.

The front desk personnel at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay.

All in all, I had a great experience at this hotel and couldn't find anything to complain about.
