the breakfast buffet is good, but sometimes tables aren't available right away. the pool area is smaller than expected and lacks enough loungers.

The view during breakfast was stunning! (you can see the water beautifully). Room service was prompt and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore local shops and restaurants.

Some areas of the hotel could use a bit of cleaning and upkeep. (Also, the noise from other guests was quite noticeable at times).

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room, as it felt quite outdated and poorly maintained. The old furniture and malfunctioning amenities, like the hairdryer, made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, noise from outside and other guests disrupted my sleep, significantly affecting my experience at this supposedly upscale hotel.

where do I begin? the walls are paper thin, and I spent the entire night hearing the guests next door laugh and talk. to top it off, I completely expected a welcome gift for the inconvenience but that never happened. the amenities were almost non-existent, and I just couldn’t give this place a good review, unfortunately.

The staff was extremely kind, and there were plenty of local activities and dining options nearby, making it easy to explore without needing a cab.

However, we did face an issue with a strict guest policy. It was disappointing when security was called, and we couldn’t have a longtime friend visit, which affected our experience.

We had such a fun time here! The staff was super friendly, especially the girl at the front desk who gave us great local tips. The dining area had a cool vibe and the food was delish. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster, but we still really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely satisfied

The hotel is centrally positioned, making it easy to wander over to the nearby Beiramar Shopping in less than a 5-minute walk, and I loved relaxing at Praca, which is just a short stroll away, providing a nice break from the urban buzz. however, the walls were a bit thin, which made it hard to sleep at times due to noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot near shopping, features great room acoustics, and has a lovely balcony view.
