We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and focused on providing excellent customer service. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the grounds were absolutely charming. The larger rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping was top-notch. We were impressed by the variety of services offered, including room service and car hire. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, and we even received a welcome drink upon arrival. We can't wait to return and bring our kids next time to enjoy the great pool!

The breakfast was satisfying, but that's about the only thing we liked. the hotel's location was near a lot of restaurants, which was convenient. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi during our Easter stay.

The bed was old and uncomfortable. the noise level was unbearable, with trains and trucks running all night.

Our recent stay at a hotel in Tlaquepaque was delightful. The location was convenient and the facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially Martin, provided excellent service and made us feel special. The pool was a great feature for relaxation. Despite a minor issue with the air conditioner, we know the staff would have been helpful if it had been a longer stay. The restaurants on the premises exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, although they were slightly pricey. we would definitely recommend this hotel for its great service and amenities.
