We loved the central location of the hotel, with easy access to all the tourist attractions. The staff at the reception were always available and helpful. The option to store our luggage for the entire day was a huge convenience. The hotel was clean and the interior of the building was stunning.

I recently stayed at Hotel Principal for a few nights during my trip to Oaxaca. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Frieda who went above and beyond to assist me. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely balcony offering stunning views. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions. I felt safe as a solo female traveler, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. my stay at Hotel Principal was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it.

Had a great weekend getaway in Oaxaca! the location was perfect, close to popular attractions like Santo Domingo and Zocalo. Also, felt safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler.

A few minor inconveniences during my stay: sometimes there was a shortage of hot water, and the hotel does not allow visitors which was a bit disappointing. Also, they only accept cash or bank transfer, no card payments, which can be a hassle.

I had an amazing time in Oaxaca! the hotel's location was perfect, right in the center and close to all the tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and always available at the reception. I especially liked that I could leave my luggage at the hotel for the whole day, it made exploring the city much easier. the room was spacious and very clean, and the interior courtyard was beautiful. It was wonderful to have a quiet and safe place to relax after a day of exploring.

One downside was that the staff didn't speak English, but they were still very helpful and tried their best to assist me. Another issue was that the hot water was not always available, I had to ask each time I wanted to take a shower.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during my entire stay. They made me feel welcome and provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. It was conveniently close to all the major attractions in the city, which made exploring Oaxaca a breeze. Lastly, I really enjoyed the spacious room. It was clean and comfortable, providing me with a relaxing retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

One drawback was the noise from the street. Since my room faced the main street, it could get quite loud, especially at night.
