I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool was pristine and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip in the summer months. Additionally, the location was ideal as it was really close to the waterfalls in the region. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided by the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Real was a pleasant surprise for our stay in Tamasopo. The beautiful location near the waterfalls and Puente Dios was a big plus. The menu at the restaurant was just enough to please us. The breakfast was also good. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like a dripping AC and a dirty pool, the overall experience was enjoyable. I would recommend Real for its convenient location and pleasant atmosphere.

Couldn't stay longer

The proximity to the natural attractions in the area was fantastic , we were able to easily visit the waterfalls and the river. the hotel also had a beautiful pool that was clean and well, maintained, and we enjoyed spending time there. Additionally, the restaurant had a decent menu with enough options to satisfy our appetites.

One of the downsides was the attitude of the receptionist, who seemed unfriendly and uninterested in her job. the bed was also quite hard and not very comfortable.
