The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, especially those working at the restaurant during breakfast. the room service is quick and efficient. the spa & wellness centre is perfect for relaxation, especially the sauna and jacuzzi. the garden area is a peaceful retreat, and the massage services are top-notch. the location is great for business travellers, being close to Merter wholesale market. the breakfast is plentiful, and you can find a variety of restaurants nearby.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, especially the shower leakage in some rooms. the pillows could be more comfortable for a better night's sleep.

Experienced a warm and cozy Turkish bath, with its ready warm waters, like being hugged by a giant fluffy towel after a long day of exploring the city.

we had a fantastic experience at Harmony Hotel Merter & Spa, with dedicated staff going out of their way to accommodate us. the reception team, including mister Yakup and Caner, worked tirelessly to extend our stay, making us happy to explore more of this beautiful hotel. the comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and convenient location near the historic center made our vacation memorable. We were impressed by the polite housekeeping staff and the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

The hotel had a nice decor, and the nights were peaceful which was great. I found Marmara Forum, a big mall, quite close, and the free parking made it convenient with my hired car. Although the breakfast was basic, the staff were friendly and helpful all along. 👍.
