Great location, right in the heart of the city and near all the attractions. the room was comfortable and had a nice view of the central square. the hotel also had a good wifi signal, which was convenient for staying connected.

There was no warm water in the shower, which was very disappointing. We had to endure cold showers throughout our stay.

Located in the heart of a beautiful colonial town, with easy access to all attractions. the 3-4 hour tour offered by the hotel was a great value and allowed me to see all the highlights of the town. the hotel was also surprisingly quiet at night, despite being near the center of all the activities.

The lack of warm water for showers and the absence of information about hotel services in the room were a letdown. Additionally, the thin walls and windows made it difficult to have privacy and get a good night's sleep.

The hotel's atmosphere and classic architecture were stunning. The rooms were comfortable and had amazing views. The location was central and convenient, with everything we wanted to do within walking distance. The staff were helpful and accommodating, even assisting with airport transport and storing our luggage.

With amenities like high ceilings, French doors, and a balcony overlooking the main Jardin, our room was one of the best. The hotel's recent remodeling gave it a sleek and Italian vibe, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pickup service arranged at BJX airport was convenient and reasonably priced, and Antonio and Oscar, our drivers, were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.

We felt really welcomed at the hotel and had no reason to complain.

We had a lovely courtyard outside our room at Hotel San Diego. We requested chairs and they were provided, although they were put away later. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with all the attractions within walking distance. The prices are reasonable and the staff is amazing. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent a week in Guanajuato and the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city. The Jardin de la Union and Teatro Juarez were right on our doorstep, providing endless entertainment. The restaurant in the hotel was exceptional, offering delicious meals throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness of our room in the back, away from any street noise. The hot water in both the shower and sink was consistently excellent. The balcony overlooking the plaza was a fantastic feature, although it did become noisy at night. The staff went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey.

I had a great stay at a hotel in the center of all the action! the location was excellent and the staff was pleasant and very helpful. They even provided us with a car ride to the airport, which was very convenient. the room was very clean and I really enjoyed hearing the music from our room at night. a delightful experience!

We loved being right in front of all the entertainment and attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge bed and all the necessary amenities. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the roof terrace with stunning views over the city.
