The staff was attentive and provided great assistance, from making reservations to providing recommendations. The hotel bar on the 5th floor offers amazing views and delicious cocktails. The ground floor pool is a tranquil oasis and a perfect spot for Instagram-worthy photos. The hotel restaurant is worth visiting even if you're not staying in the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The price and quality are a perfect combination.

The hotel's policy of charging for in-room coffee seems a bit petty and unnecessary.

We were pleasantly surprised with the large and comfortable room, complete with a walk-in shower and high-end toiletries. Despite being centrally located, noise was not an issue. We appreciated the personalized service shown to us by Michael who went out of his way to help us find authentic local markets. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great breakfast and offered free Wi-Fi throughout the property. the location was perfect as it was close to the main square and other attractions. the staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The room was really noisy due to the street noise and there was no soundproofing. the bed was not that comfortable and could have been softer.
