I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in an area that used to be "in the country" but has been surrounded by urban sprawl. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hacienda with a rich history dating back to 1542. The architecture, with its arches and domes, was stunning. The gardens were lush and full of life, and I even spotted birds, lizards, and butterflies. My junior suite was spacious and had a charming patio. The furniture added to the atmosphere, and the linens were of good quality. The staff was attentive and respectful. The restaurant served delicious food, and the prices were reasonable. it was a fantastic stay.

I absolutely loved the historical aspect of this hotel. The building's rich history dating back to the 16th century as a sugar cane mill owned by Cortes' heirs is fascinating. The industrial architecture with its arches, buttresses, and domes added a unique charm. The overgrown vines in the restaurant, where a tree grows through the walls, created an enchanting atmosphere. The lush gardens were bursting with life, from birds and lizards to butterflies. The junior suite I stayed in was spacious and cozy, with a beautifully crafted wood and wrought iron furniture. The patio and the in-room amenities like the writing/computer desk and the TV inside a cabinet were great, not to mention the botanical bath products. The staff was attentive and respectful, making me feel safe and comfortable. The strong wifi signal throughout the property was also a plus.

I felt very at home during my stay and had nothing to complain about.

The property we stayed at over Thanksgiving was absolutely gorgeous! the rooms were elegantly decorated and comfortable, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I enjoyed wandering around the beautifully landscaped gardens, and the restaurant served fantastic food. I especially loved the fact that we were able to learn about the history of the area and the property through the various artifacts and exhibits on display.

The location of the property was not ideal for me. It was a bit far from the city center and some of the surrounding attractions we wanted to visit.

We recently had a luxurious stay at a beautiful hacienda hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary welcome drink and shown to our spacious room with exclusive amenities such as plush bathrobes and slippers.

While the outdoor swimming pool was picturesque, it was smaller than expected and the pool area lacked beach umbrellas. the staff, though friendly, was not always attentive to our needs and requests.

I recently stayed at this historical hacienda for three days and it was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The gardens are breathtaking, with trees that are hundreds of years old, creating a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The architecture of the building is unique and adds to the charm of the hotel. The staff were attentive and courteous, and the restaurant offered delicious and varied menu options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the expected amenities. The swimming pool was amazing, with perfect water temperature. a superb and memorable stay.
