The rooms in the Executive Wing were modern and attractive, with ample space and cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The location is also a major plus, being just a short drive away from Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls, and surrounded by various services and wineries. Parking was plentiful, which was a relief considering how difficult it can be to find parking in this area. Additionally, the breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a good variety of hot meals.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any major issues.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I loved that they had both an indoor and outdoor pool, and the indoor one even had a deep end of 8 ft - so awesome! The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was right off the QEW and only about 20 minutes away from the falls. I would definitely consider staying here again.

It's located right off the highway exit, making it very convenient for our family trip. The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff members were caring and professional. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of hot and cold food. The hotel also had a large gym with a pool, sauna, and spa, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's a perfect location for exploring the nearby shops and attractions, including the beautiful Niagara Falls.

There was some ongoing renovation happening during our stay, which made it feel a bit like a construction site.

Unpleasant experience with front desk staff who accused me of being involved in illegal activities because I live in town and didn't have my own credit card. No duvet covers on the beds, which is unhygienic and uncomfortable.

The breakfast selection was outstanding with a variety of fresh fruit, hot oatmeal, and delicious pancakes. The friendly hostess made sure everything was kept hot and well-stocked. The gym was spacious and well-equipped, especially the treadmill. The internet connection was reliable. The location was perfect, with easy access to Costco and Fairview Mall. I would recommend this hotel.
