During my recent stay at Hotel & Suites Real Del Lago, I found the room to be spacious and comfortable. The working coffee maker was a nice touch and the purified water in the hallways was convenient. The water pressure and hot water in the shower were also great. I was happy with the cleanliness of the hotel.

It is worth mentioning that there were a few drawbacks. The shower was not properly cleaned and there was mold in the bathroom kit.

Great room service and purified water stations available was a plus. the hotel’s affordable rates and availability of coffee makers in the rooms were also appreciated.

The hotel's location was disrupted by major roadworks. non-existent maintenance resulted in broken toilets and moldy bathroom kits.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed the nice view from our room. The parking was convenient, and we appreciated the hotel's pool for a refreshing swim. we had a pleasant stay.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, exceptional customer service despite language barrier. Good WiFi on the upper floor, clean room without pests. Reasonably priced food at the restaurant. Basic rooms with ample space, security provided at entrance and parking.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel offered a stunning rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the sunset. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to a popular park, which was a major highlight of our stay.

The hotel's decor felt a bit outdated and there were no mosquito nets on the windows, preventing us from opening them at night. This led us to rely on the air conditioning, which wasn't ideal for the environment or our comfort.

Despite the language barrier, the staff made an effort to communicate with me. The hotel is located close to La Venta park, making it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the restaurant provided good food at a reasonable price.

The pet policy at this hotel is completely ridiculous, with additional fees and a deposit for any potential damage.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the beautiful La Venta park, which was the main reason for our visit. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, even with the language barrier. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We also loved the fact that there were amenities like a fridge and coffee maker in good condition, making our stay even more convenient. The pool on the top floor was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. we were very satisfied with our experience.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It is conveniently located close to the city center and as close to La Venta park as I thought. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool on the roof terrace, looked nice. The staff, especially the evening receptionist and Joe the parking attendant, were very helpful and cordial.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious rooms with great WiFi and clean amenities. The rooftop swimming pool offered a nice view, although we couldn't use it due to illness. The restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, and the hotel had security both at the front door and in the parking lot.
