We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a convenient location near the highway. The hotel had a lot to offer in terms of comfort and amenities. The rooms were large, modern, and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the fact that the hotel had soundproofed rooms, as it made for a peaceful and uninterrupted night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke English, which was a great advantage for us. The hotel also had a good breakfast included in the price, and we found the cafeteria to be a pleasant place to dine, frequented by locals.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to continue your journey towards France. The proximity to the motorway allows for quick and convenient travel plans. Additionally, the rooms are clean and well-kept, ensuring a comfortable stay for you and your family.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was not up to par with our expectations.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and the room itself smelled of old tobacco. the amenities were quite lacking, and some surfaces were worn and scratched.

Our stay at K10 in Urnieta was fantastic. The location was perfect for us as it was near the highway, making it easy to reach our destination. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the attached cafetaria that was both tasty and reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning in September and November when we travel south and back north again.

Great value for money with spacious rooms and all the standard comforts of a modern hotel. Convenient location close to the motorway and with beautiful mountain views. Ample and secure parking provided, which was a bonus.

Check-in procedure was unnecessarily long, possibly due to untrained staff or a systematic issue. Location is not ideal unless driving to/from a nearby city, as public transportation is limited.

Delicious starters with Iberian products, amazing dishes accompanied by the best wines, and spectacular desserts that will make your guests fall in love. Casual lunch/dinner options with mixed dishes, salads, and sandwiches. Perfect for events. Enjoy traditional "pintxos" and wine. Modern design in a rural environment. Comfortable stay with all necessary amenities.

I loved everything so much that I wish I could have stayed longer!

We had a great value for our money at Hotel K10 in Urnieta. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The location was convenient, with easy access to San Sebastian and a nearby shopping center with pinxos bars. The staff were friendly, helpful, and treated us exceptionally well.

The breakfast could be improved with a greater variety of options.

We had a great experience at K10. the staff were attentive and the meals were always tasty. the location, close to the highway, was perfect for our overnight stay. They were very accommodating for our family with a small baby, providing a baby bed and more. the rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern. the restaurant had good vegetarian options and breakfast was abundant. It was an excellent value for the price we paid and the hotel facilities were just fine.
