This hotel was a great value for the money, with basic amenities and a breakfast included. The location is also fantastic, situated in the heart of the historical center, in a busy area during the day, and close to everything you might want to see. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help.

The rooftop terrace at Hotel Templo Mayor offered breathtaking views of churches and museums. The clean and comfortable rooms, along with the helpful and polite staff, made my stay enjoyable. The hotel's location near restaurants, shops, and tour guides was a plus.

Despite some noise from the water pipes, earplugs easily solved this minor issue. I had a great experience at Hotel Templo Mayor and would recommend it.

The rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and take in the views. The 24-hour reception was a life-saver, as I was able to check in at 4am after my late-night flight. Despite the noise on the street during the day, it didn't bother me as I understood it comes with the territory of being in such a well-located spot.

On two nights, there were guests in the atrium madly wrapping large packages, which created a noisy and disruptive environment. It turned out they were doing this multiple times during our stay. Additionally, I woke up with bug bites in places other than my ankles, and they were incredibly itchy.

The hotel's location right in the center of the city is incredibly convenient. It is close to everything, including the airport, making transportation hassle-free. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, providing a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a positive experience for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the most iconic, historic areas. We could easily explore this city on foot and the hotel staff provided information about different tour operators. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, especially the spacious bathroom. Even though the main room was cozy, the bunk beds were comfortable. The addition of an elevator was a significant improvement, especially for guests staying on higher floors.

I stay here frequently and it's one of the best options in centro. The location can not be beat and especially for the price. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, making sure your stay is excellent. To top off all of the amazing things about this hotel - they are also pet friendly, which is a major bonus!
