I loved the hotel's amazing proximity to the ferry terminal, making it super easy to hop over to Bellagio and Varenna. The views from my lake-facing room were absolutely breathtaking, and the delightful breakfast on the terrace added a perfect touch to my mornings.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable for my preferences.

I found the road noise disturbing, especially for non-lake view rooms!!! The restaurant was a bit upscale for a casual lunch, and the constant ringing during checkout was quite annoying!!! A full-service spa would really elevate the experience!!!

We stayed in a Double or Twin Room with a partial lake view, and the room was clean and spacious. The balcony was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery. However, I did find the bed a bit too firm for my liking. The best part? Waking up to the stunning views of Lake Como right outside. Just wish the room had a bit more character, it felt a little tired overall.
