During my recent stay at Hs Hotsson Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and safety of the property. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, allowing me to stay connected throughout my visit. The hotel staff was friendly and provided helpful information, making my family's stay enjoyable. Additionally, the complimentary drinks in our room were a nice touch. I would recommend checking out the buffet promotions, but despite a small issue with the breakfast charges, I had a pleasant experience at Hs Hotsson Hotel.

My stay in this luxurious hotel was amazing. The exclusive amenities fulfilled my every need and made me feel like a VIP. The Spa & wellness center and massage services provided were exceptional and truly indulgent. The outdoor swimming pool was heated and the perfect place to unwind and relax. The service from the staff was faultless, they made every effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the coffee in the lobby, it was not replenished frequently enough. However, this did not affect my overall experience at this hotel as the other coffee/tea options throughout the venue were excellent.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that there was a bad experience with one of their drivers who offered assistance with a project, but ended up causing problems and overcharging.

The view from the room was breathtaking and the atmosphere was very romantic. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The restaurant service was not up to par. the waitstaff was not friendly and seemed annoyed when we asked questions about the menu.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, complimentary drinks, and good buffet promotions. Enjoyed the stay with family.
