the location was perfect for easy access to the Santa Cruz Marina area, beach, harbour, and shops. Secondly, the service and staff were excellent, always attentive and friendly. Thirdly, the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including the Jr. Suite, were of good quality. Lastly, I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the restaurant.

huatulco maxico was a pleasant surprise! far better than my last stay in santa cruz huatulco. the attentive staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and great location made my trip enjoyable.

The hotel facilities were great, with a pool that provided a much-needed comfort. The location was perfect for us as it was just a short walk away from Santa Cruz beach and other attractions. Transportation was easy to find, and we were able to walk or jog to other beaches and spa facilities in quieter locations. Additionally, being across from the market and cruise ships added to the convenience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The pool area was also a great amenity to have during my stay. I especially enjoyed the TV and air conditioner in the room, as well as the delicious omelettes served in the kitchen. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and made me feel safe during my stay. There were also a variety of convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find any essentials I needed.

One of the major drawbacks of my experience at this hotel was the difficulty in communicating with the personnel. They spoke very little to no English, which made it challenging at times to convey my needs or ask for assistance.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a tourist hotel in Santa Cruz and enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere and lively pool. The spacious rooms with air conditioning and daily bottled water were an added comfort, along with the nice balcony providing a clear view of the surroundings. The nearby taxi stand provided easy access to seafood restaurants and beachwear shops, and a short walk led us to the ocean-side parts and banks with favorable exchange rates. The cafe at the nearby park/square served excellent coffee, making mornings even better.

The large crowds, and street vendors around the hotel, especially during the weekends, made it noisy and overwhelming. Prices increased when cruise ships made port, which made day trips to quieter locales a necessity.

The pool was excellent, and we loved that we could enjoy drinks in the pool. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a bright and airy feel. The location was perfect, just 300m from the beach and surrounded by fantastic food options. The staff was friendly and offered tours to nearby attractions. The housekeeping did a wonderful job, providing fresh linens, shower supplies, and complimentary water bottles daily. A/C worked great, and the breakfast menu was reasonably priced.

During my Easter vacation, I had a great time at this hotel. The short walk to the beach was so convenient, allowing me to spend more time relaxing by the ocean. The staff was also a standout. They were friendly and always willing to help. the delicious breakfast I had in the restaurant was a great start to my day.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. the room did not match what I had booked online.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Huatulco, Mexico. The traditional Mexican breakfast was delicious and the coffee was excellent. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked great. The premises were always clean and well-maintained. I really enjoyed eating by the pool if I wanted to.
