We had a great time staying at this hotel. The hotel is in a prime location, directly across the road from the beach and just 2 minutes away from the centre. The beach front restaurants are amazing and offer perfect views of the sea. The service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional. They were always ready to help and the amenities in the room were amazing. The leisure facilities were fantastic as well. The spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, sun loungers, sun terrace, garden area, and live entertainment were all great. The room amenities were perfect for us and we enjoyed the dining restaurant many times. The staff were very good, especially Rana, who gave us an exceptional service like a fine dining resto. We will definitely be back to this venue for these great experiences.

The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, right by the beach, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was to have a better selection of coffee options.

This hotel is in a prime location, right on the beach and in a very central part of Patong. The staff, especially Rana, were amazing hosts and gave us great recommendations. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern facilities. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The pool area was beautiful and the pool bar served tasty drinks.

The wifi connection in the pool area was a bit unreliable.

This hotel is a great value for the money, with basic amenities and a good location in the busy area just outside of the city center, close to shopping malls and other attractions. The rooms come with all the required amenities, including a view, and there's a breakfast included for all tastes.

Our recent stay at Baan Laimai Beach Resort & Spa - Sha Extra Plus was a great experience. The live music was enjoyable and the service was impeccable, especially when Rana helped us with everything we needed. We appreciated the large and comfortable room with nice bed sheets. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Great location in the heart of Patong Beach, with easy access to water sports, street food, and restaurants. Clean and well-maintained rooms, with helpful and friendly staff. Nice pool area with clean and classy public toilets nearby. A big gym facility is also available for guests. a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

We stayed at an amazing hotel in a fantastic location. Baan Laimai Beach Resort & Spa - Sha Extra Plus was the best hotel we saw during our trip. the breakfasts offered a wide variety of delicious foods and pastries. the pool was lovely and a great place to relax after a hot day. the bar and restaurant had brilliant food and drinks. Our room was modern and had a comfortable, spacious bed. the check-in and check-out process was quick and the staff was friendly. They even arranged our taxi back to the airport. we enjoyed the fire shows on the beach every night. it was a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Located right at the center of Patong, this hotel boasts a perfect location just opposite the beach. With a beautiful garden just in front of the beach, it offers a picturesque view to its guests. The rooms are well-appointed and come with all necessary amenities including a kettle and a refrigerator. Guests can enjoy delicious breakfast with a good selection of items, including made-to-order scrambled eggs and omelette.

The hotel needs better maintenance on walkways as they are slippery when wet.

We were so excited as we walked into this gorgeous hotel, Baan Laimai Beach Resort & Spa - Sha Extra Plus. the pool and relaxing areas are amazing, and there is a good vibe. the rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfast was top class. the location is the BEST, right on the beach and close to restaurants, markets, and nightlife. It is a perfect resort for families and kids. We would happily come again, especially if we could stay in a quiet room.

I had a wonderful stay at this beach resort in Patong. the location was ideal, right across the road from the main beach. I loved having shopping, food, and massage parlors within easy reach, and Bangla road, where you can party any night of the week, was just a 2-minute walk away. the staff was helpful and accommodating, especially when we arrived late. the breakfast was good, and room service food was excellent. the pool and poolside cafe were great additions to the experience. it was good value for money.

We chose this hotel for our romantic escape and we enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival. the hotel has a key location near the beach and there are plenty of restaurants around. the view from our room was really nice too.

The waiters were not attentive and we had to wave our arms to get their attention several times. the breakfast buffet was not up to our standards either, with only a few basic options available.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. the pool area was spacious, with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and friendly staff. the breakfast spread was plentiful, offering a wide variety of choices. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and cold water in the reception area. the hotel grounds had many relaxing areas, and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, with several restaurants and bars nearby, as well as the beach just across the street. I couldn't fault my experience at Baan Laimai Beach Resort & Spa - Sha Extra Plus.
