Staff were super accommodating, got a free upgrade upon late check-in, and rooms were spacious; had a chill ambiance in the rooms, swift room service responses, and welcoming staff; the location in the city made using taxis easy, although affordable; wish there was more variety in relaxation options maybe a hot tub. Everything else was spot on, will definitely visit again! 😊

The spa and wellness center was a highlight. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again. Even better in person!

Great location but some room maintenance issues

The central location of the hotel was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. However, there were some maintenance issues in the room such as leaky toilet water and difficulty controlling the water temperature. Despite these issues, the overall stay was pleasant with delicious breakfast and excellent service.

City Seasons rooms are comfortable, calm, and clean. Valet parking is free, and the staff is friendly and hospitable. the central location allows easy exploration of the main attractions. the Corniche beach is a short stroll away, adding to the convenience. it feels like a welcoming home away from home.

No pool or jacuzzi. Lounge bar closes at 9pm.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was superb, right at the heart of the city. the staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the city from the window. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the free valet parking service; it was such a convenient bonus. Overall, a top-notch experience that exceeded our expectations.

Although our stay was wonderful, one area that could be improved upon is the bathroom amenities. It would have been nice to have more towels and a bathmat available in the room.

The gentleman named Mr. Sabin who welcomed us was incredibly polite and made us feel right at home. The crew was also very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check out late without any issues. The room was clean and spacious, exactly what I was expecting. The internet connection was strong, and the breakfast provided was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I've stayed at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel many times and it always offers great value for money. the rooms are comfortable and the location is convenient. the staff, especially Bherlyn at reception, provided quick check-in and accommodated my requests. Linda and Eco from reception were also very friendly and welcoming. the breakfast at the hotel was very nice and the staff in the restaurant were great. the housekeeping, particularly Albert, did an excellent job preparing my room.
