We had such a wonderful stay at this place! The location is absolutely perfect, nestled in an open area with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. The service provided by the staff was top-notch - they were always polite, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The housekeeping was impeccable, with our room being spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Furthermore, we really appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service, laundry facilities, and tours/ticket assistance. The room itself was fantastic, with luxurious amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a terrace with comfortable garden furniture. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some downtime in the evenings.

The bathroom extractor was a bit noisy and shared the same switch as the bathroom light. However, this is just a minor inconvenience that can easily be overlooked.

There are taxis available right in front of the hotel and a bus stop nearby. Also, the hotel is close to Vallarta Avenue, where you can find malls, restaurants, and other amenities. This location made it easy to explore the city.

The garden, pool, room, fancy shower, and dressing room were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was friendly.
