The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring all of Oklahoma City. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The bar and restaurant on-site are great, offering delicious food and drinks. The rooms are average in size but nicely furnished. The hotel has a balcony option available, allowing guests to enjoy some fresh air and a view.

Even though there were a couple of minor issues, my recent stay at Renaissance was overall enjoyable. The location was convenient, and the room, although average in size, was nice. The staff, especially Tammy and Erica, were friendly and accommodating. The central location made it easy to explore Oklahoma City. The hotel's bar and restaurant were great, and the balcony in the room was a nice touch. Despite a few hiccups, I would recommend this hotel. it was a pleasant experience.

We loved the spacious and comfortable room with two bathrooms and a living area. It was very clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially appreciated the convenient self-parking option in a nearby garage. The location in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown was perfect for our plans, and we were able to easily explore the city. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Beautiful decor with lovely Aveda products in the shower. The suite had a great layout and the staff at the front desk were sweet and well-dressed. Reasonable pricing and A-grade ambience made up for a bad previous hotel experience.

Had a great xmas at this hotel. the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. the hotel building was beautiful and well-maintained. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bed. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the dinner and breakfast options exceeded our expectations. a pleasant stay.

There were some issues during our stay. the AC fan in our room was not working well, and despite notifying the front desk, it took multiple follow-ups and a day to get it fixed.

The first night at Renaissance, the A/C in my room wasn't working efficiently. However, the staff quickly moved me to an available suite the next night, and I was thoroughly pleased with the accommodations. Additionally, I had forgotten to bring dish soap to clean my baby's bottles, but the hotel graciously provided it and even delivered it to my room each night. I had a great stay and will definitely consider staying at Renaissance again.

I got great value for my money at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed and the bed linens were lovely. I especially enjoyed having a personal balcony. The staff at the front desk, especially Brey, were delightful and made me feel welcome. The hotel has been recently remodeled and it looks very nice. I'm looking forward to using the pool facilities on my next visit.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. The hotel also offers a wide range of services including room service, housekeeping, and wedding services. this place is on par with the finest hotels I've stayed at, but at a much more affordable price.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The suite upgrade at Renaissance Waterford was a delightful surprise. The lounge area on the 9th floor offered a great selection of food and drinks. The room service for dinner was exceptional, and the free WiFi and ample parking were major benefits. The hotel's location near great dining and shopping options was very convenient.
