The pools on the roof are lovely and the water temperature is perfect. The location is convenient, with restaurants, a supermarket, and the beach within close proximity.

I had a fantastic family experience at this luxury apartment in Playa del Carmen! The three spacious rooms and top-notch amenities exceeded my expectations. The location is great, close to restaurants, supermarket, and the beach. Convenient underground parking. The condominium has helpful and friendly employees. It is safe, clean, and well-organized. The gym is well-equipped for push, pull, and legs training. There is also a full-equipped gym nearby. The check-in process with the concierge was friendly and welcoming. The apartment has quality furnishings and feels like a home away from home. Wifi and AC worked perfectly. The bed is extremely comfortable. The rooftop pools and spa are incredible, and the rooftop views are amazing. Excellent communication from Rafa, who went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay for the entire week. Highly recommended.

The "sun terrace" was more like a "sunburn terrace" with no shade in sight.

The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and spacious, with comfortable furnishings and essential amenities like AC and fans. The private patio was a nice touch, and the apartment even provided extras like a beach umbrella and extra towels for the pool. The staff at Ipana were friendly and the location was ideal, within walking distance of 5th avenue and the beach.

Ipana Luxury Apartments By Vacaciones.Yeah was a great value for our money, with clean, comfortable and beautiful rooms. The location was fantastic, close to 5th Ave and the beach, while still being quiet. The staff treated us really well, and the rooftop pool and bar were amazing.
