The hotel is conveniently located near the waterfront and the Ferry Building, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing great recommendations for local attractions. Another advantage was the comfortable bed and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The interior rooms had frosted windows that didn't let in much light, and the lack of a view was disappointing. Additionally, there were no laundry facilities on-site for longer stays, which would have been convenient.

The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and even a mini-bar. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the room service. The bar was a great spot for a drink at the end of the day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting here. The service was exceptional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were great. I particularly enjoyed the fitness centre and beachfront leisure facilities. The staff at check-out made the process quick and easy, and the 24-hour reception and security made me feel safe and secure during my stay.

Location is unbeatable - just across from the bustling food market and the iconic Ferry Building, in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood. On premise restaurant serves classic American food that hits the spot. Rooms are clean and the decor is tasteful.

There were some issues with the rooms. Some were uncomfortably small and offered poor views of neighbouring buildings, while others smelled strongly of kitchen odours from the restaurant downstairs.

This hotel near the Bay and ferry terminal has attentive staff, well-equipped rooms, and an amazing location for exploring San Francisco. The in-house restaurant is also worth a visit, serving fabulous food. One detail to mention is the hotel's commitment to sustainability by providing filtered water fountains on each floor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was well-appointed, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed. Perry's restaurant on the premises served delicious versions of classic American food. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit in this city.

Awesome stay with great service and stylish ambience. Damian gave us a warm welcome and quickly checked us in. Plus, we enjoyed complementary coffee and cookies every morning. The hotel's great location was a bonus, just a short walk to the piers and surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood.

Our room was quite hot. Though the air con tried its best, it didn't work well, and we had a tough time sleeping. Also, there were some issues with the bathroom sliding door which woke us up a few times during the night. Finally, the Wi-Fi signal was poor, and we were unable to do multiple video calls during our stay.

Attentive staff, great location, close to piers and market, helped with questions, comfortable room, early check-in, sweet anniversary gift.
