the staff is somewhat friendly, but the first concierge really lacked warmth. My room had dirty curtains and the hot tub was not cleaned properly. I really thought I’d get a complimentary upgrade for all my inconvenience, but I guess expecting special treatment is too much here. I almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t.

Dude, the location is so lekker! Just a short walk to the beach and malecón, and the staff made me feel like family. Plus, the room was super comfy with a great vibe for working. Free coffee and water, what a win!

Hot tub wasn't hot!!! Rooms could use a bit more space, and towels should be changed daily without needing to request it!!! The lack of daily cleaning was disappointing!!!

the interior king room was tidy with a cozy ambiance and ample natural light. the staff were genuinely warm and helped me practice my spanish. the cafe had a delightful espresso that fueled my mornings. wonderful nearby eateries where i discovered local flavors.

this hotel is super cute and everything is clean! loved the cozy room and the staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and lots of good food around. the water dispenser was amazin, hot and cold water on demand! The gym was a cool bonus too. had what i needed to get a decent workout in.

My stay was great! I loved the efficient layout of the room and the immaculate hot tub, but the lack of AC was a downside. Overall, I’d definitely come back!

It was just a nice choice for a momentary visit in Puerto Vallarta with very good value for money. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when I asked for extra toiletries. Keep in mind that parking does come at an extra cost if needed.

The room offered a nice view of the river through the sliding glass door, and the air conditioning performed exceptionally well. Cleanliness was not an issue, and I appreciated the quick-adjusting hot water in the shower. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the homemade Majorcan products at the cafe added a unique touch to the dining experience. There was no room service during my visit, which might be a consideration for some travelers looking for more convenience.
