We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Northwood. The room was nice-sized and clean, with a comfortable bed. The best part was the full breakfast in the morning. As vegetarians and vegans, we were pleased to find plenty of delicious options to choose from. The hot breakfast had a variety of items that catered to our dietary preferences. It was a great start to our day!

We felt very happy with our stay and had nothing to complain about.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including the friendly breakfast crew, made me feel welcome and cared for. The property was impeccably clean and conveniently located with easy access to the interstate. Despite being fully booked, it was surprisingly quiet. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a restful sleep. The location near the Diamond Jo Casino was perfect, especially with the shuttle service available all night. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were plentiful, and I enjoyed a hot and delicious meal.

The location was perfect for me as it was just off the interstate, making it very convenient. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly both during check-in and check-out. As I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted with delicious cookies and refreshing lemon water in the lobby. The next morning, the breakfast area was fully stocked and the variety of options was impressive.

My only minor drawbacks were the slight stain on the sheets and the limited dining options nearby. However, these did not significantly impact my overall experience.

There were a few downsides to our experience. We had requested a king bed but ended up with two queen beds instead.

I was exhausted after traveling 549 miles and performing 2 shows in an 18-hour workday. The front desk attendant, Reggie, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel like a favorite guest. The location to Diamond Jo Casino was perfect, with a shuttle running all night to the casino, as well as stops at the gas station and Burger King. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of having a pull-out bed in addition to two queens.
