We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and the service was excellent. The room was really large and clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect, with grocery stores, restaurants, and even a bus stop to the beach right next to the hotel. Additionally, we loved that breakfast included coffee and pastries in the morning.

Great escape spot! We loved the comfy beds and the spacious shower. the pool area was a real bonus - we could chill out and soak up the sun or sit in the shade. the hotel is in a handy location and means you can easily access the town. We also appreciated the helpful staff and the value for money.

We were next to a really noisy room and could hear everything! This made it difficult to sleep, but staff were able to move us to another room with a bit more distance.

As old people, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Siglo 21. The spacious rooms, excellent service, and large pool were truly impressive. The hotel's location was ideal, with grocery stores, restaurants, and a bus stop right next to it. We appreciated the convenience of catching a bus to the beach in Progreso. The complimentary coffee and pastry in the morning were a nice touch.

We felt completely cared for during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble.
