I adored the charming decorations at the hotel, especially the cozy seating areas with beautiful sofas where I could relax with a good book. the general areas were well-kept and easy to navigate for us seniors. the hotel's location near the Dong Xuan Market made it convenient for exploring Hanoi's vibrant culture.

I wish the children working there would consider installing more handrails throughout the property for better support.

The database provided was incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the information needed. the database had a wide range of options to filter and customize searches, allowing for a more personalized experience.

One minor drawback I noticed was that the database did not have an option to save searches for future reference. This feature would have been helpful to revisit specific information without having to start the search process from scratch each time.

Clean room, comfortable bed, central location near attractions. Impressed by staff service, helping with daytrips and simcards. Location is a 10-minute walk from the city center.
