The infinity pool at the hotel had absolutely stunning views that took my breath away! I indulged in the amazing fish tacos at the snack bar, which were a delightful treat after a day of relaxing. The family activities were fantastic, especially water volleyball, which my kids loved!

The location offered stunning ocean views and easy access to Bucerias. Staff interaction was exceptional. thanks to Esther and Enrique for their attentive service at the buffet and pool. Although reservations for a la carte dining required patience, the drinks were high-quality and plentiful, making the overall experience enjoyable.

We had a fantastic family retreat with my brother! The buffet had a great variety, and the staff made us feel welcome, especially Esther at the breakfast. The adults-only infinity pool was the perfect spot to unwind while the kids enjoyed their time.

My wife says that more activities for kids would be great.

my stay was better than previous trips to nuevo vallarta, especially during this romantic getaway. the attention to detail in the room and the stunning views truly made an impression. the restaurants served great food, and the pool area was lovely.

Rooms were comfy with A/C, nice views, and had all needed amenities like a coffee machine, TV, and free toiletries. The adults pool had amazing ocean views and great service from Enrique and Luis. The buffet food was excellent, especially the fish tacos! Marco at concierge was super helpful and made us feel valued. The spa also had top treatments.

the only thing was the slow service at the restaurants, but the food was AMAZING! ! the room had a super cool coffee machine and we enjoyed the awesome ocean views from there! also, the pools were really nice, perfect for chilling out!

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The staff turned our Super Bowl celebration into an unforgettable event, including a fantastic buffet and fun activities. The drinks from the rooftop bar while watching stunning sunsets were highlights. Don't miss trying the fish tacos at the snack bar!

Spacious room, beautiful beach, where I enjoyed the lovely buffet with its amazing variety and had easy access to the vibrant local market in Bucerias, just a pleasant 3km walk away.
