I had a wonderful time at Krystal! The beach was pristine and the views were breathtaking. The all-inclusive restaurant options were a highlight, with delicious food and great service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place, friendly staff. Hugo, the concierge, went above and beyond for my proposal. Good food at the grill and Asian cuisine, but buffet had amazing food. Didn't explore the city, but met new friends. Stay here for an experience.

We had a fantastic time at this beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach. Our room was modern and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a stunning view. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the pools and the variety of activities offered. a wonderful experience.

That the dinner reservations were sometimes late, causing us to eat dinner later than desired.

The pools were absolutely amazing, perfect for relaxing and having fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious food that exceeded our expectations.

Some of the staff had bad attitudes and weren't very personable. The restaurant reservations system made it difficult to have dinner at a convenient time.
