I recently stayed at Boutique Hotel H10 Big Sur for a week-long vacation. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The stylish and modern design of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay special, even leaving balloons and a complimentary bottle of Cava for my birthday. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a coffee machine and daily biscuits. The bathroom had a great selection of toiletries. The balcony with a sea view provided a perfect spot to relax and watch the ferries coming and going. The breakfast had a good variety of food, and the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Los Cristianos.

I had a lovely time at this boutique hotel. The staff at the reception was incredibly helpful when I requested to be moved to a better room with a mountain view. The refurbished room was beautiful and clean, and the hotel's proximity to the beach and shops was a definite plus. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the breakfast. The entertainment provided in the evenings was a great way to end the day. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The sun terrace was beautiful and relaxing, and the location of the hotel was excellent. It was just a short walk to the stunning beaches.

The bathroom in our room was a bit tired looking, and some of the staff could benefit from customer care training. We encountered a grumpy and unhelpful restaurant staff member and a rude receptionist who made us feel like an inconvenience.

Great location near ferry, excellent food, beautiful rooms, comfortable lounge and pool areas, exceeded expectations.

The hotel offered a warm welcome with a complimentary drink on arrival and helpful staff to assist with our luggage. the location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning sea views from our spacious balcony. We were also pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the food, particularly the show cooking which added an extra element of excitement to our dining experience.

There were a few issues with our room that affected our overall satisfaction. the bathroom, although clean, was outdated and had some maintenance issues.

Our room had everything we needed, from toiletries to a mini fridge. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite room for free and received two gifts in our room, including savouries, cakes, and chocolates. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel is not far from the beach, and it's a quiet area. if you have a car, it is conveniently close to all the beaches. the dinner was nice, and we particularly enjoyed the ocean view from our room. the pool, although not big, was still enjoyable. Another plus was the fact that it is an adults-only hotel, providing a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff members like Pasquel, Juan Carlos, and David. They even walked us around every night to show us the vegan options in the dining area. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning tiles, comfortable seating areas, and a welcoming drink upon arrival. Our room was charming, with restful colors, a generous balcony, and amenities like bathrobes and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bed linen was top-notch and the bathroom had a large tub with a shower over it. The hotel is conveniently located on the promenade, allowing easy access to a wide range of bars and restaurants. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for a relaxing getaway with my partner. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us a complimentary glass of Bucks Fizz upon check-in. Our room was spacious and had a private balcony, providing a beautiful sea view. The hotel's location was perfect, not too far from the main center and beach, but still quiet and peaceful at night. The food at the hotel was plentiful, varied, and absolutely delicious. Additionally, the option to book a room for a later check-out was very convenient for our later flights.
